Office Policies

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients as well as our staff, we request that you change/cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations/changes with less than 24 hours' notice or those who fail to show up to their appointment may be subject to the full amount of the reserved service time before their next appointment. 

Arriving Late to your appointment

We make a special effort to greet each client for their appointment on time. If you are late to your appointment, you will receive only the amount of time remaining so as not to delay the next client's appointment time. You will still be responsible for the cost of the "full" treatment session. Thank you for your understanding!

Sick Policy

Please do not come to our office if you are feeling sick. If you need to reschedule an appointment due to being sick and it is with less than 24 hours' notice, please contact Rachel directly as soon as possible. If you do not contact us prior to your appointment, you will be required to pay the cost of the full appointment.

The cancellation fee will be waived for those who are sick, even if they are unable to give the full 24 hours' notice. We still respectfully ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. At the discretion of ElectraBeauty LLC, excessive "sick" calls with less than 24 hours' notice will no longer be eligible for the waived cancellation fee.
